We are transcribing language samples we collected using <strong>Systematic Analysis of Language Transcripts (SALT)<\/strong> software. SALT conventions are followed during this stage. This process allows for the creation of standard LSA reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Language sample analysis (LSA)<\/strong> is used to assess the spoken language abilities of bilingual children who speak Vietnamese or Spanish as a home language. LSA measures are culturally responsive, unbiased, and useful for assessing natural spoken language.
